Bellway Appoints New Group Sales & Customer Experience Director

Bellway Homes, one of the UKs largest housebuilders, is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Grayson as Group Sales and Customer Experience Director. Matt joins the business this week and brings a wealth of experience, having spent the last eight years in a similar role at Redrow. 

The remit of Matt’s role will include sales, marketing, communications, and customer experience, and he will become a member of the Executive Committee.

Matt will take over the responsibilities of Group Sales and Marketing Director, Maria Seed, who will be retiring in March 2025, following 25 remarkable years of service with Bellway.

His wealth of experience inside and outside the sector will help Bellway evolve its customer experience offering, including the ongoing development of our digital offerings to our customers.

“I would also like to thank Maria Seed, who is retiring from the business after 25 years. Having started out in Bellway’s North West Division, Maria moved to Head Office to oversee Sales and Marketing. Across these roles, her exceptional contribution to Bellway has been felt throughout the business. I wish Maria a happy and healthy retirement.”

Prior to joining Bellway, Matt was Group Customer & Marketing Director and previously Group Communications Director for Redrow. Prior to that he has held other communications roles in financial services, sport and agencies.
