Bellway Thames Gateway is building 96 new homes at The Comptons, one of the final parts of the redevelopment of the site, off Copse Avenue, on land that was no longer required by the NHS.
The first plots have now been released for sale, including the three-bedroom Marston and four-bedroom Holmesdale and Upton three-storey designs.
The development will also include affordable one, two and three-bedroom apartments, alongside communal gardens and play space, with some existing trees retained and complemented by new planting.
Ed Brading, Acting Head of Sales for Bellway Thames Gateway, said: “We are making good progress with construction at The Comptons, and are looking forward to opening a sales office on site later this year.
“In the meantime, we have released the first houses for sale from our nearby Roe Wood Park development, such is the interest in these high-quality new homes.
