Climate change
Our carefully considered climate strategy is key to managing risk and reducing emissions, whilst getting ready for changes in regulations, technology, and market expectations.
We’ve set ambitious targets for reducing our environmental impact while making increases where they really count – like building more timber-frame homes, and getting our suppliers on board with our sustainability programme. We’re all in this together, after all.
Resource efficiency
We can do more, with less. We’re working closely with our site teams to improve our material use efficiency and understand where we can reduce our impact on the environment.
From bricks and waste to energy and water, it all matters, and it all counts. It’s better value for our business and better news for the planet.

Build 30% of our homes in timber frame by the end of FY30.
Achieve 5-star housebuilder status with a combined rating of 4.2 by the end of FY27.
