Alongside strong sales, the 188-home development has been captured from above by one of its newest residents.
Chris Scott, who recently moved into a three-bedroom detached Willow, is a keen drone photographer and has been documenting Clifford Gardens from the sky since reserving his home in late 2024. Now settled in, he’s enjoying watching – and photographing – the community take shape.
Chris said: “By the time building work is finished and all the homes are occupied, I’ll have a brilliant collection of images showing how this new part of Skipton has grown.
“It’ll be great to look back and see a busy, thriving neighbourhood spread out below the camera.”
Clifford Gardens offers a wide range of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom homes, with prices currently ranging from £239,995 for a two-bedroom home to £624,495 for a five-bedroom property. Among the homes available is plot 103, a four-bedroom Addingham priced at £389,995 – making it nearly £10,000 less than other four-bedroom detached homes currently on the market in Skipton.
Almost 70% of the 188 homes at Clifford Gardens have now been sold, with more than 47% already occupied.
Melanie Smith, Sales Director at Bellway Yorkshire, said: “Chris’ aerial photos give a really interesting perspective on the development. It’s been fantastic to see Clifford Gardens taking shape through his lens.”
