Bellway buyer says new home was the ultimate birthday present to herself
Property expert, Sharon Hall, treated herself to the ultimate birthday present by buying a brand-new Bellway home that she viewed for the first time on a whim on her birthday.
Sharon was on her way to a family get-together in Snaith with her five-year old nephew when she saw signs for Bellway’s Penny Way development.
Taking up the story, Sharon said: “Teddy and I were driving through Snaith and were both quickly taken with the lovely, rural village. And as we had time to kill before the birthday meal, we decided to follow the signs to Bellway’s Penny Way. The next thing I knew I’d reserved a plot and was about to become the first resident on the development!”
“Santa, the sales advisor, has been amazing from start to finish. She’s been with me every step of the way, making the process stress-free and exciting. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Now, my next venture is to answer Teddy’s question of what toys to bring and the challenge of where to put them!”

It’s so sweet!”
