Designing homes for the future, so our homes run better today

At Bellway, responsible business is simply how we do things. It is part of how we plan, build and operate, shaping the outcomes we deliver for homes, places and people.

Operating responsibly strengthens resilience and supports long-term value. We focus on the priorities that are most material to performance, risk and delivery.

Our 8 priorities

From delivering low-carbon homes to ensuring that our colleagues can thrive in our company, our key priorities aim to make Bellway a better place.

Across our eight priorities, we have a number of targets that we want to achieve, including:

Bellway WO Set01 01
Achieve the new five-star homebuilder rating (combined score of 4.15) by the end of FY26
Reduce scope 1 & 2 emissions by 69% from a 2019 baseline by 2035
Build 30% of homes in timber frame by 2030
