Homeowners could move to new house in just 28 days with Instant Part Exchange events in Teesside and County Durham

Homeowners wanting to move house quickly could get the keys to their new property within just 28 days if they attend Instant Part Exchange events being hosted by Bellway in Teesside and County Durham later this month.

Bellway is running the events at its Hartwell Park development in Hartlepool and its Wellfield Rise development in Wingate on Saturday 16 August.

Visitors looking to buy a new-build home at these developments can get an instant valuation on their current property on the day of the event – and could even receive a part exchange offer within 48 hours.

Bellway Durham Head of Sales Christie Edge said: “This is an extremely rare opportunity for part exchange customers to receive an instant valuation and to make their chain-free move to a new-build house within just 28 days.

"Visitors who come to our events at Wellfield Rise and Hartwell Park and use part exchange could easily be settling into their new homes before the end of September.

“Customers often can’t believe that moving on from the house they currently own can be quite so easy, straightforward and simple, but with part exchange it is. The scheme allows homeowners to avoid all the hassle of putting their house on the market and keeping it ever ready for viewings, not to mention the stress of worrying that their buyer could change their mind and pull out.

“By going down the part exchange route with us they can feel confident about the process and focus on looking forward to moving into their new home. It takes the hassle out of homebuying, means no estate agent fees, and makes it possible to move on much more quickly.”

Local estate agents will be at the part exchange events to answer questions and assist with instant valuations. Representatives from New Homes Mortgage Helpline will also be available via phone to offer mortgage advice.

The events will run from 11am to 5pm on Saturday 16 August.

Part exchange is available on selected plots at both developments.

Featured homes at Hartwell Park include the four-bedroom Cutler house type, priced at £304,995, and the four-bedroom Lorimer, available for £354,995.

Featured properties at Wellfield Rise include the three-bedroom Sawyer, priced at £253,995, and the four-bedroom Scrivener, available for £295,995.
