Bellway unveils CGI of new Hawthorn Park development in Gloucester
A CGI has been released to show what the homes at Bellway’s new Hawthorn Park development in Hempsted, Gloucester will look like.
The housebuilder is delivering 185 new properties at the scheme off Hempsted Lane, include 37 affordable homes for rent or shared ownership.
The first homes are due to go on sale over the Easter weekend and anyone interested in finding out more can visit the new Bellway sales office in Gloucester Quays outlet shopping and leisure destination which opened over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
Visitors will be able to get an advance look at the house types at Hawthorn Park where the properties range from two to four-bedroom houses.
The sales office at Gloucester Quays is also handling sales for Bellway’s Blackthorn Walk development in Hunts Grove where two properties are currently available to buy. This development will consist of 107 new homes, featuring a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom houses all with solar panels.
Bellway Sales Manager Rhodri Davies said: “Hawthorn Park is a thoughtfully designed development which offers buyers the best of both worlds because it is near to beautiful countryside yet has convenient transport links into the centre of Gloucester.
“The CGI we have released of Hawthorn Park gives an indication of the design and appearance of the new homes we have planned for this development. A mix of red brick and white render will be used on the properties alongside slate grey tiles, reflecting the style of existing buildings in the area.
“Gloucester Quays is the perfect place to showcase both Hawthorn Park and Blackthorn Walk, due to its central location and high footfall. Having a sales office there means that prospective buyers can find out more about the two developments while out and about shopping or grabbing a bite to eat.”
The Bellway sales office is located near the entrance to the shopping centre between the Trespass and Skechers shops. It is open every day: 10am to 5pm on weekdays, with late opening on Thursdays until 7pm, and from 11am to 5pm at weekends.
