Building homes to be proud of

At Bellway, we are building homes to be proud of with customers at the heart of everything we do, this is reflected in our rating as a five-star homebuilder for the ninth consecutive year. We strive to get to know our customers, train our people and share local knowledge to ensure our customers find their dream home.

Shaping places

A five-star homebuilder

At Bellway, we’re deeply proud of the five-star rating we’ve earned from the NHBC, but what matters even more to us is the experience behind that recognition. It reflects the trust people place in us when they choose a home – and that’s something we never take for granted.

Our Customer First programme is our commitment to keep growing, listening, and raising the bar, so we can continue not just meeting expectations but genuinely surpassing them in ways that feel meaningful to every customer.

Creating communities

We build places where people can thrive. We introduced a new set of KPIs and strategic objectives focusing on the communities we operate in. Work has progressed to create a new community engagement procedure. We are aiming to ensure this is considered during the land acquisition and planning process.
