Bellway unveils new phase in Prestonpans
Bellway has started work of the delivery of more than two hundred new homes at Prince’s Gate in Blindwells, Prestonpans.
The new phase will create 152 new homes and 65 affordable properties providing a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes.
Ideally situated for families, the development is located on Prince’s Way? opposite the newly opened Blindwells Primary School.
House styles include the Maidstone, a newly designed three bedroom terrace home and the Sunningdale, which includes a front-facing living room, open plan kitchen, dining and family area with French doors, a utility and cloakroom, five bedrooms and an integral double garage. Prices start from £336,995.
Bellway was the first housebuilder to commit to Blindwells when it launched in 2021. Since then the area has benefited from significant investment creating a vibrant new residential community between Tranent and Longniddry.
