Images show new development in Sturminster Newton taking shape with majority of construction complete
These latest images show how the new development at Corallian Heights in Sturminster Newton is taking shape, with construction well past the halfway stage.
Bellway is building 114 properties on a 9.5-acre site off North Fields in the town, including 29 affordable homes for local people through rent or shared ownership. The housebuilder has now completed 70 homes at the site and 64 households have moved in.
Construction work began in the summer of 2022 and is expected to finish next year.

Corallian Heights is to include public open space, an equipped children’s play area, a village green, footpath and woodland trail.
