Preview of first homes at Bellway development next to Wentworth golf course
Bellway has released new computer-generated images of the homes it is building next door to Wentworth golf course in Virginia Water.
Regent’s Gate will comprise 67 new homes on a four-acre site north of Trumps Green Road.
The development is being launched at a special preview event in Foxhills Country Club in nearby Ottershaw on Saturday 5 July.
The site will feature one, two and three-bedroom apartments and three, four and five-bedroom houses, all with access to electric vehicle charging points and PV solar panels.

This superb location is served by excellent transport links with the M3 and M25 close by and Virginia Water railway station less than a mile away for trains which get into London Waterloo in about 45 minutes.
“Construction is progressing well at the site and we hope to be able to open the doors to a four-bedroom showhome early next year. The build programme should see us handing the keys over to the first residents in spring 2026.”
